Upon arrival, I was pleasantly surprised by a glass of champagne, setting the tone for a refined dining experience ahead. Venturing into the à la carte restaurant 28Dining, I was immersed in a culinary journey that mirrored the artistic vibrancy of the Netherlands. The chefs' skillful preparation of seasonal specialties was akin to witnessing masterpieces come to life. The wine offered with the meal proved to be a perfect companion, boasting a beautiful acidity and a long, pleasant aftertaste that complemented the dishes impeccably.My culinary voyage culminated in the tremendously extensive brunch buffet, a feast that eclipsed any breakfast spread I've encountered in my travels.
